What equipment do I need?
The Rx for Success Manager in a box series is designed to require the least amount of technical gadgetry.  You can deliver the sessions with just the workbook, or a CD-player and speakers, or a computer, projector and screen.

How does it work?
The session leader reviews the material, decides what format and how much time they are going to use to deliver the content. Then they pick and choose to either run the sessions using the audio CD and PowerPoint presentation along with the workbook, lead the presentation themselves and use the ancillary materials as support, or a combination of both.  The material provides enough “meat” that it can serve as a meal, or an appetizer, depending on how you choose to use it.

How many copies of the workbooks can I make?
You can make as many as you need of the workbooks and printed materials. The license agreement allows you to make one backup cd of the audio for your archive.  The powerpoint presentation is in pdf form and can not be manipulated.

How long is the program?
Each session is one hour in length.  You can expand or contract your training depending on your goals and time constraints.  Some of our clients have divided the session into 4 parts to add to a regularly scheduled staff meetings, others offer the session in it’s entirety, still others offer 2-3 sessions during a morning of training once a month.  The benefit of The Rx for Success Manager in a Box is that you are in control. We provide you with the materials; you determine the logistics, goals and activities depending on your constraints and audience.

What’s included?
For each session you get an edited CD audio live presentation with intro and outro music. You will also receive a printer-ready color master workbook, a PowerPoint presentation, discussion questions, icebreakers and activities pertinent to the topic. You also get a master certificate of completion and optional pre/post test. In addition you’ll receive a leader’s guide with suggested training formats and options. PDFs of all the printed material are included for ease and availability. All of this in a beautiful, sturdy Notebook for safe-keeping!

What do I need to do to prepare?
Decide your training goals. Choose the session that meets those goals. Review the CD, and make copies the workbook for each attendee.  Set up the room with a PowerPoint projector and screen and a way to play the CD, turn it on, advance the slides as necessary and watch your staff members GROW!
