We tailor our fees to our clients needs depending on time, location and value-added provisions. We offer a range of fees to meet most budgets. After an initial telephone call to determine your program requirements, you will receive a written quote with customized packages.

  • Travel distance from our speaker’s home base
  • Length of program
  • Style of program
  • Number of value-added items selected
  • Flexibility of the program date

What length of time do you generally speak?
Keynotes: 45-90 minutes
Workshops: 1-6 hours
Customized sessions: Varies according to event

What do you mean by “style” of the program?
“Standard program” is generally used for keynotes. It means the content is already prepared and will be customized slightly according to the interests of the audience.

“Custom programs” are workshops and training sessions specifically designed for your company or organization based on your goals. The content will be designed and delivered according to your needs. This provides clients with a tailored package to meet their training needs or conference goals. These programs include teleseminars/webinars, experiential workshops and traditional training seminars. They may be one-time speaking engagements, or long term training commitments. They make take place at your venue, a conference center, over the phone or online. These fees will depend on those particulars.

What do you mean by “value-added services” ?
Value-added services allow us to customize the training/speaking program to your needs. The list includes:

  • Pre-event on site visits
  • Secret shopping of your company with a full report card.
  • Spiral bound resource workbooks
  • Level or number of door prizes
  • Written post-event report
  • Summary presentation to board of directors or management
  • Digital recording of seminar put on CD for each attendee
  • Video recording of program for post event use and training
  • One-on-one coaching for select staff after the event
  • Special pricing for encore presentation
  • Teleconference or webinar service
  • Articles for newsletters or publications
  • Telephone/email coaching availability post presentation
