Company Profile

Since 1985 VRE Training, has helped organizations maximize their profitability by improving their employees’ performance. Founded by Viki Ryan and Ryan Setzer, VRE Training has designed and delivered high quality training programs for clients worldwide through public and on-site seminars.

Ryan Setzer has personally conducted over one thousand seminars in 46 states and nine countries, in industries ranging from professional athletics to technology. His exposure has helped him understand that many problems within organizations are created by people who have been trained technically, but have received little to no leadership skills, people skills, or teamwork training. After working with over sixty-five thousand attendees he began to realize that while most people are competent doers, they are being promoted into leadership positions equipped with a doer mentality, but little or no real business or management training. This is equally destructive for the former superstar doer and the staff they now manage.

Viki Ryan is an accomplished business woman with a varied background as an actor, voice over talent, sales professional and captivating platform speaker.  As a registered nurse, her experience and knowledge of the medical market provides valuable insight to VRE in developing the Rx For Success Seminar Series directed to the healthcare environment.

VRE Training programs have become known for dynamic, hard-hitting, and realistic one-day seminars , long-term training programs, and teleseminars geared toward the people-side of leadership and team development for management and staff members.
